What a day

kena verbally abused by patient who wanted to buy GTN and I was asking more about his usage when he "KNN"-ed and "CCB"-ed me. when I took the meds out to him and advised him again to see Dr if he's been taking it often and he said I'm 罗嗦 and even stared at me when he was making payment at the cashier.

some patients just want to show that they're great and all others are wrong no matter what they do. it may be just a way of doing things because they know others will give in when they make noises... and indeed I gave in, because I do not want to get involved in a argument with him when we're already so busy...

and there's a suspected theft today. had to ask the customer to show wat's in her bag... did not found anything but we suspected she threw the loot away when she knew we're already observing her...

Housing...

I think HDB is very tough on us...

Housing loan is very little based on our past 15 months CPF contributions...

and we cant qualify to apply for 3 room as our income exceeds 3K...

so what do they want us to do...
